West Coast Penicillin

Reminiscent of a Whisky Sour, with a spicy and sweet twist from ginger and honey. Freshly served with carbonated ginger beer.



  1. Prepare: Start by adding the whisky, lemon juice and honey to a highball glass.
  2. Mix: Fill your glass with cubed ice and stir gently.
  3. Serve: Slowly pour in your chilled mixer over the ice, leaving a small space at the top. If you can add more ice, do it. If not, top up with a little more mixer.
  4. Garnish (optional): Add a thin slice of fresh lemon.
